Gary didn't start performing magic until the ripe old age of 19, it wasn't until then he found his calling and entered into the world of magic. Gary started doing small shows around town and for friends, it wasn't until later when Gary quite his job and went to work on a cruise line in Florida, doing his children's magic shows. Few years later Gary was in charge of the magic department at Island Lake Resort, a kid's camp in New York. Gary taught for 2 seasons were he saw about 100 kids, 5 classes a day teaching them the art of magic. In 2001 Gary met Jeannie and the magic of "The Savard's" was born. Now living in the Fraser Valley with his two children and wife.
Gary is very involved in the magic community; he's the past president of the Vancouver Magic Circle and is now Vice President of 2008. In the last year Gary took Silver medal in Calgary at the Pacific Coast Association of Magician (pro-challenge) were he competed against 6 other magicians from around the world. Gary is an international award-winning magician.
